J.R. House finished the 2003 Major League Baseball season in style going 1 for 1 in the season finale against the Chicago Cubs. He is now starting the 2004 season in extra fine fashion by sponsoring - Baseball with a Vision, a preseason baseball camp for high school players in Northeast Florida. The camp will be held from January 23rd through the 25th in Ormond, FL at the Ormond Sports Complex at Wendelstedt Fields. Times for the camp are Friday and Saturday 6 to 9pm and Sunday is TBA.
J.R. has assembled a group of professional baseball players, scouts and Christian speakers to help spread the Word of Christ through baseball. Players and instructors include: Dave Williams, Pirates, Bobby Bradley, Pirates, Josh Bonifay, Pirates, Andrew Brown, Dodgers, Bo Hall, Brewers, Jason Cloar, Expos, Tom Wiedenbauer, Astros and many more.
